Our Story

Established in 1987 and owned and run by the same family, our customers love the values that define us - attention to detail, high quality products and impeccable service.

1987 - Where it all started

Our Dad started Classic Kitchens and opened the first showroom in Lakeside, Redditch.

1990 - We start expanding

We opened our second showroom in Solihull in 1990, and our third in Bromsgrove in 1999.

2004 - Second generation

Gareth joins the company, later joined by his brother Max.

2014 - Hello Worcester

We open our showroom on The Tything in the centre of Worcester.

2015 - Grand Opening

We relocate our head office to North Moons Moat, Redditch and hold a launch event to open our 2 storey showroom and raise money for Acorns Children’s Charity.

2018 - We win Kitchen Retailer of the Year

At the BKU Awards in London we are delighted to win Kitchen Retailer of the Year.

2018 - We win KBSA Customer Service Award

At the annual KBSA Awards and Conference we are awarded the Customer Service Award for outstanding customer service.

2018 - We win Best Kitchen Retailer

At the EKBB Awards in London we are delighted to be awarded the award for Best Kitchen Retailer.

2019 - Hello Birmingham

We opened the doors of our new Edgbaston showroom, spread over 2 floors with the latest German and British kitchen designs on display.

2019 - We win 2 more awards

At the BKU Awards in London we are delighted to win 2 awards. Kitchen retailer of the Year and Best Customer Service.

2019 - KBSA Customer Service Award

We are thrilled to be recognised for our customer service by the KBSA, our trade organisation.

2021 - Solihull showroom renovation

We completely renovate our Solihull showroom and install new kitchen displays from Pronorm and Mereway.

2021 - Houzz Awards

We are awarded the Best of Houzz Awards for Service and Design.

2022 - Worcester showroom renovation

We completely renovate our Worcester showroom and install new kitchen displays from Pronorm and Mereway.

2022 - Trustmark Accreditation

In 2022 we received Trustmark Accreditation. TrustMark is the UK’s only government-backed quality scheme. The not-for-profit scheme is designed to protect consumers and ensure they find the right company to work with.

2023 - Houzz Awards

We are delighted to receive more awards. Houzz awarded us Best in Design and Service.

2023 - Redditch showroom renovation

We completely renovate our two-storey Redditch showroom and install new kitchen displays from Pronorm and Mereway.

The Classic Process

The Brief

Every project begins with a relaxed chat with one of our expert designers over a coffee (or tea), taking into account your vision for the project and making sure we’re thinking the same way you are.

The Design

Next, our talented designers will bring your ideas to life, talking to you throughout the process and suggesting styles that marry with your vision and your lifestyle.

The Build

Once the designs have been drafted it’s time for us to meet and finalise the decisions. Then it’s over to our expert fitters to install your beautiful kitchen or living space.
